The brief

International Building Services needed current headshots for their entire staff—consistent enough to sit side by side on a directory page without one person looking like they were photographed in a different decade.

How we ran it

One lighting setup, one backdrop, one crop standard, held for every employee from the first person through the last. Staff rotated through in scheduled blocks so nobody lost a working morning waiting in line.

Delivered

Retouched headshots in web and print crops, named to match their directory, plus a composite wall that shows the consistency at a glance. Published with the client's permission.
