IBS is a commercial general contractor and licensed plumbing contractor. Their differentiator is pulling their own MEP permits, which keeps a build-out schedule off a third party's calendar—and that had to be the headline, not a footnote.

How we ran it

The homepage states the differentiator above the fold and puts the phone number beside the primary action. We also shot their full-team headshots, so the people pages use real faces.
